Every year, between June and September, hundreds of southern right whales arrive in the vicinity of Puerto Madryn to mate and breed. This spectacle can even be admired from the beach, as in this case from ‘El Doradillo’, on the Nuevo Gulf of the Valdes Peninsula, a few kilometres north of the city centre.

In Juli 2022, a five days visit to the National Park Iberá, in Argentina, let some precious impressions.
Just from the first tour we met some of the most representative creatures of these region, the marsh deer
well, there are more than one representative creature in these wetlands. Here you see a capybara with its passenger (a grat kiskadee)
and of course a great number of birds, like this green-barred woodpecker,
or the rufescent tiger-heron.
